My experience
spans twenty+ years working in the movement and wellness industries as a teacher, writer, and content designer, where I used words to teach, guide, and sell.
I have a Bachelor in Dance and a Graduate degree in Pilates along with twenty-five years of movement training. I studied Graduate units in Applied Linguistics, Media Studies, Medical Humanities, and Research for Publication.
I completed Belinda Weaver’s Copywriting Masterclass in 2016, and I’m a current student of Kelly Diels’ Feminist Copywriting Certification and Feminist studies group, “We Are The Culture Makers”.
In 2017, I developed UNBUSY, a tea and lifestyle brand gaining large supermarket chain distribution for UNBUSY’s signature Chai product. In 2020, off a single sales page on Gumtree, I sold the brand.
Between 2005 and 2017, I designed and ran my own Pilates studios called Bright Body, both in Sydney and the Southern Highlands, working alongside top physiotherapists and allied health professionals. In that time, I created Bright Body Online, professionally producing Pilates, Physiotherapy and Meditation classes for an online membership model.
